** CANCELLATION POLICY **

Dr. Mila has a 24-hour (1 business day) notice policy. Your appointment is reserved just for you! On time cancellation/rescheduled of appointments allows for consideration for other patients who could have needed treatment.

While we recognize unforeseen circumstances may arise, missed appointments or last minute cancellations outside the cancellation policy will incur a cost to you.

Eg: To cancel a Monday app’t, you must give notice on Friday.

When we have enough notice of cancellation, we are able to more effectively help others who may need treatment, respect the practitioner’s time as well as accommodate YOU in keeping you on track.

Reminder: Please allow adequate travel time to get to your appointment on time.
